Clear Penetrating Epoxy Sealer (CPES)
Smith & Company’s Clear Penetrating Epoxy Sealer (CPES) is a water-thin epoxy that can be used to seal wood before painting. CPES is a flexible resin system that dissolves moisture, oil, and sap from wood, and develops a chemical bond with the wood fibers. It can selectively penetrate deteriorated parts of wood, stop rot, and strengthen decayed wood. CPES also provides a breathable base for top coats on timber, and chemically bonds paint or varnish to the timber.

Oak and Teak Epoxy Glue
Oak and teak epoxy glue is a two-part epoxy resin that can glue all woods and many other materials. It’s made from wood resins, so it can dissolve the natural oils of oily hardwoods like teak, cocobolo, and ebony. It’s also flexible and can absorb stress and impact, making it good for dissimilar woods and cross-grain joints. When cured, oak and teak epoxy glue is waterproof and weatherproof.
This easy-to-use glue is designed for a production environment as well as the craftsman or hobbyist, with a long working time to reduce waste and a simple fifty-fifty mixing ratio.
